- How do we get your products?
First comment on the post you are interested in and leave your phone number or email address (any comment with personal information will never be publicly published). We will then contact you using your information you gave us to get your shipping address and your credit card information (we only take credit cards). We will then send your product to you in the mail.
- How soon should I expect to hear from you?
We try to respond within 24 hours. This does not include Sundays.
- What kind of quality products do you offer?
All seams which are seen are always zigzagged. Some hidden seams are zigzagged also. All hems are turned under twice. All our products are unique and no two are the same. None of our products can be massed produced. We can't guarantee that our products are perfect. But we always do our very best to create and design quality products.
- How soon should we expect our order to arrive?
Since each pattern takes a different amount of time to sew, we will give you a time estimate when we receive your order so you can have an idea of when it will be done.
If you order three or more of our products, we will give you a 10% discount off your entire order.
- Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Our gift certificates can be for any amount and you can choose to specify what item you wanted to get them if you know what you want to give them but don't know what color combinations they would like. You can give us the information such as their name, the item you would like to get for them (if you know), what amount you want the gift certificate to be for, and your name, then we will send you a nice gift certificate in the mail for you to give your loved one for the holiday. We only have a limited amount of things we can sew for you before Christmas but the gift certificate option allows for as much time as we might need so we would actually recommend this option above ordering something from us to make before Christmas.
- How do I redeem my gift certificate?
First you place your order and mention that you have a gift certificate and who you received it from. Then you mail me your gift certificate and when I finish your order I will mail your order to you.
- What are your entrepreneurial goals?
We are working toward designing and creating fabric works of art & collectible doll dresses. As you can probably see we aren't where we want to be yet but we thank you for your help and support along the way. It couldn't happen without you. Thank you for being patient with our mistakes.
- How much is shipping? Can you combine shipping with numerous orders?
It depends on the product and how much it weighs. Some things that are in this catalog have been shipped before while other items have not. To see the items we have shipped cost,
click here. On the other things, we will give you an estimate when you order with us. We can combine shipping for a number of orders but we can't estimate how much that would be until we receive your orders.
- Can I be emailed whenever you publish a new post?
Yes, just comment on a post and leave your email address with a note that you want to be on our mailing list and we will add you to our list.
